Placing an order

Placing an order on this website is a request to buy. It becomes an agreement when we send you the price and you pay it, or when we confirm your order for payment on delivery or at pick-up.

Prices

Prices on the website are a guide and can change, especially for produce whose market price moves often. Some items show "Ask for price". The price that applies is the one we send you for your order, including delivery, and it is also shown on your order page.

Payment

• Pay by bank transfer only into the business account shown on your order page, and write your order number as the description.
• We confirm your order once the money reaches our account. A screenshot or SMS alert is not proof of payment on its own.
• We will never ask you to pay into a personal account, or change our bank details in a message. If anyone does, do not pay, and call us.
• Where agreed, you can pay on delivery or at pick-up, by cash, POS or transfer.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time before your order is on its way, and we refund what you have paid. After that, our delivery and returns terms apply. We may cancel an order if an item is no longer available or cannot be delivered to you; we then refund you in full.

Our responsibility

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Farm produce is natural, so size, colour and moisture can vary a little from the photos. Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under Nigerian consumer protection law.

The law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
