How do I order?
Add what you need to your cart, then place your order on the website and send it to us on WhatsApp in one tap. We reply with your price, delivery included, before you pay anything.
Why do some products say "Ask for price"?
The prices of some farm produce change with the market. You can still add them to your cart and order. We send you today's price before you pay.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer, once we have sent your price. Use your order number as the transfer description, then send us your receipt. Every payment is recorded on your order page.
Do you deliver?
Yes, or you can pick up your order. The delivery cost depends on where you are and what you order, and it is in the price we send you, so you know the full amount before you pay.
How do I know where my order is?
Every order has its own page, linked in our WhatsApp messages and emails to you. It shows each step, from received to delivered, and what you have paid.
Can I buy in bulk?
Yes. Many of our products are sold by the bag or by the tonne. For large or regular orders, message us on WhatsApp and we will send you a quote.
What if something is wrong with my order?
Tell us straight away on WhatsApp or by email, with a photo if you can. Our Delivery and returns page explains what we replace or refund.
Do you offer farm services too?
Yes: ornamental work, farm structures such as pens and fish ponds, consultancy and farm management. Tell us about your project and we will send you a quote.
